About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Logistics Coordinator to help drive the performance of our outbound transportation network. You'll sit at the intersection of data, carrier operations, and cross-functional strategy, coordinating daily execution across LTL, parcel, and same-day delivery while building the reporting and insights that keep our network running efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute daily outbound transportation activities across LTL, parcel, and same-day delivery.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards (Power BI, Excel) to track carrier KPIs.
  • Partner with leadership on contract implementation and carrier communication.
  • Collaborate with Merchandising, Fulfillment, FP&A, S&T, and Pricing to align cost and service targets.
  • Conduct data-driven analyses to inform outbound network decisions.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain operations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Advanced Excel and Power BI (or Tableau) experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, auditability, and timeliness.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving processes.
