Responsibilities
- Process payment of homeowners insurance and flood insurance from escrow accounts.
- Track walls-in insurance to ensure coverage is current; force place insurance when needed.
- Work with members during insurance losses to ensure loss proceeds are disbursed appropriately.
- Process payment of private mortgage insurance from escrow accounts and assist members with cancellation requests.
- Prepare and review monthly loan activity and delinquency reports prior to delivery to MGIC.
- Assist with charge-off processing in the absence of the manager or supervisor.
- Prepare and process requests for loan subordination.
- Perform escrow analysis on all required loans monthly, reviewing property tax and insurance records for accuracy.
- Review and research large deficiencies and surpluses before mailing escrow analysis statements.
- Complete monthly reconciliation of investor portfolios to ensure accurate reporting of payments and payoffs; research and resolve discrepancies.
- Report payments on qualified loans modified through the HAMP program to the treasury monthly.
- Work closely with the collections department to process loan modifications and assist members reporting financial hardship.
- Process repossession checks and Lenders Protection claim proceeds.
- Keep management informed on department conditions and operations.
- Perform other duties as requested by immediate supervisor.
Requirements
- High school education or GED required.
- Minimum three years of mortgage servicing or loan servicing experience required.

Pay
The good faith range for this position is $28.50 - $34.25 per hour, based on potential employee qualifications and operational needs.
All candidates will be subject to a background check, credit check, and drug test to determine employment eligibility.
