Responsibilities

• Conduct loan pre-approvals and assist customers in obtaining financing for home purchases, refinancing, and other personal loans.
• Manage the entire loan process from application to closing, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients through regular communication and referrals.
• Provide ongoing support to existing clients, including monitoring account activity and addressing any concerns promptly.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in banking or lending.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
