Senior Living Sales Manager

About the role

As a Sales Manager at Brookdale, you will be a:

• Guide for families and older adults — helping older adults navigate the sales journey from interest to move-in both inside and outside our community
• Team player — working with local professionals and volunteers to generate professional referral leads from medical, financial, and legal professionals; religious leaders; and other local businesses and organizations
• Partner — collaborating with leadership to develop and execute sales and marketing plans to meet or exceed community revenue and occupancy goals

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred or equivalent combination of experience and education required
• Valid driver’s license
• Minimum of 2 years relevant and recent sales experience; senior living experience preferred
• Strong working knowledge of technology, proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, and electronic documentation

Pay

Base pay in range will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience. Role is also eligible for monthly and quarterly commission opportunities.
