Senior Living Sales Counselor

We are growing and seeking a Retirement Counselor/Sales Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with prospects
• Set up and conduct tours
• Help prospective residents find the right home for their lifestyle
• Develop new sources of referrals
• Educate the community about the benefits of a Touchmark lifestyle
• Serve as a member of the marketing team to improve occupancy and enhance resident and community relations
• View the sales and marketing process as an opportunity to educate prospective residents and families about Touchmark’s living options

• College degree or combination of equivalent education and experience
• At least 5 years of successful sales experience; relationship‑based sales experience a plus
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Commitment to outstanding customer service
• Computer proficiency and experience with a lead‑tracking system
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
