Role: Senior Living Sales Counselor Responsibilities: Build relationships with prospective residents and their families, understanding their goals and needs.Explain various living options including independent living, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing.Respond to inquiries, coordinate tours, and follow up with families to support their decision-making.Maintain accurate records of prospects and collaborate with community teams to ensure a smooth move-in process.Support occupancy goals by fostering a welcoming environment and providing exceptional service.
