Senior Living Nurse Manager (RN or LPN)

Responsibilities

• Ensuring exceptional quality of resident care through clear standards, monitoring, and accountability
• Overseeing the entire medication delivery system with precision and consistency
• Conducting initial and ongoing resident assessments with accuracy and clinical insight
• Evaluating medical concerns and coordinating care with providers and ancillary services
• Interpreting policies and regulations for nursing staff — ensuring full compliance
• Supervising Resident Care Aides (RCAs) with clear expectations and consistent follow-up
• Providing hands-on competency training with return demonstrations
• Leading recruitment, onboarding, and in-service education for the nursing team
• Serving as a trusted liaison to families, healthcare agencies, hospitals, and emergency teams
• Handling emergency situations calmly and efficiently
• Participating in on-call rotation

Qualifications

• For Massachusetts (MA): Current Massachusetts RN or LPN License in good standing, 1-year verifiable experience in Home Care or Assisted Living, and knowledge of aging and disability issues
• For Connecticut (CT): Current Connecticut Registered Nurse License in good standing, one of the following: BSN with 2+ years full-time clinical experience (including 1 year in home health/community health), OR Diploma/Associate degree with 4+ years full-time clinical experience within past 10 years (including 1 year in home health/community health), and knowledge of aging and disability issues

Pay

Negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
