Senior Living Dining Room Server

Merrill Gardens at Green Valley Ranch is currently accepting applications for a Dining Room Server to support residents within our senior living community.

About the role

We are looking for a compassionate, caring, responsible, and honest individual who genuinely loves working with the senior population. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to supporting seniors on their wellness journey and providing an atmosphere that values individualism and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals to residents in a dining room setting
• Assist residents with dining needs and ensure a positive mealtime experience
• Maintain a clean and welcoming dining environment
• Collaborate with team members to support resident care and satisfaction

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Food Handler’s Permit as required by local regulations
• Flexibility with schedule and availability to work early morning and evening shifts as well as weekends and holidays

Physical Requirements

• Regular standing, walking, and lifting up to 40 lbs
• Frequent bending, carrying, and reaching
