Senior Living Caregiver (Weekends Only)

About the Role

Mission Ridge is currently accepting applications for Caregivers to help support residents within our beautiful community. This is a weekends-only position for compassionate, caring, responsible, and honest individuals who genuinely love working with the senior population.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including dressing, bathing, meals, laundry, and general care.
• Manage medication as allowed by the state and complete daily progress reports of services provided.
• Complete progress reports for Assisted Living & Garden House residents daily or more often if needed (chart by exception).

Requirements

• Current caregiver training/certification as specified by state agency or the ability to obtain.
• CNA license or two years previous experience as a caregiver.
• Ability to obtain first aid/CPR certification within 30 days of employment.

Physical Requirements

• Frequent standing, walking, lifting (up to 75 lbs), and assisting with resident care.
• Regular bending, reaching, and physical movement throughout the workday.
