Senior Living Caregiver (CNA)

About the role

We’re hiring dependable Caregivers and CNAs who are comfortable working 12-hour shifts and can provide consistent, high-quality care to our residents. This role is best suited for someone who is hands-on, patient, and team-oriented, with the ability to stay organized and engaged throughout a full shift.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Support both Assisted Living and Memory Care residents
• Follow and carry out individualized care plans
• Document care and communicate changes in condition
• Provide emotional support and companionship
• Maintain a clean, safe environment for residents
• Work closely with nurses and team members to ensure quality care

Requirements

• Active CNA certification (preferred, not always required for caregiver roles)
• Previous senior living, healthcare, or caregiving experience preferred
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts (7a–7p or 7p–7a)
• Reliable, punctual, and able to handle a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Compassionate, patient, and resident-focused

Pay

• Caregivers: $16–$17/hr
• CNAs: $18–$19/hr

Schedule

• 12-hour shifts: Days 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Nights 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Weekend warrior shifts Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (both day and night)
• Full-time, Part-time, and PRN (as-needed) roles available
