Senior Litigation Attorney - Cleveland

Responsibilities

• Manage moderately complex civil litigation cases
• Analyze cases and develop strategic litigation plans
• Lead discovery processes and draft necessary legal documents
• Represent clients at trials, mediations, and arbitrations
• Advocate for clients in various legal forums including state and federal courts
• Monitor legal trends to enhance policy strengths

Qualifications

• Admitted to the Ohio State Bar
• Juris Doctor degree
• Demonstrated litigation experience
• Experience preparing civil pleadings, motions, and conducting witness depositions
• Solid knowledge of tort, contract, and insurance law
• Familiarity with Professional Responsibility rules in their practicing jurisdiction
• Customer-focused approach to legal solutions

$113,000 – $194,000 annually
