Senior Litigation Associate/Special Counsel

About the role

We are seeking an experienced associate attorney for our New York office. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience and be eligible for New York bar admission. This position offers a hybrid work environment, hands-on litigation experience, and opportunities to work on complex, high-stakes matters involving general liability, including transportation & trucking, catastrophic injury, product liability, and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on legal issues related to general liability
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents
• Represent clients in court and mediations
• Collaborate with colleagues on case strategies and tactics
• Manage client relationships and communicate effectively

Requirements

• New York Bar Admission
• Attended an accredited law school
