Deep Legal & Procedural Foundation

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with excellent academic credentials
• 5 to 8 years of dedicated litigation experience, handling sophisticated commercial or regulatory disputes within a well-regarded law firm setting
• Active bar membership in Colorado (or immediate eligibility to waive in)
• Deep working knowledge of Colorado and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure

Job Environment

• Regularly required to talk, write, speak, or hear
• Work in an office environment, with indoor conditions in an environmentally controlled environment
• Must be able to remain in a stationary position for up to 75% of the time
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds
