About the role

The Senior Litigation Associate will play a crucial role in handling complex litigation matters. This position requires a deep understanding of legal principles and a proven track record in managing high-stakes cases.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and guide litigation cases from inception to resolution
  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis
  • Prepare and present legal arguments in court
  • Collaborate with clients and other legal teams to develop effective strategies
  • Stay updated with current legal developments and trends

Requirements

  • J.D. degree from an accredited law school
  • Admitted to practice law in at least one state
  • Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

Qualifications

  • Experience in civil litigation
  • Knowledge of federal and state court procedures
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
