Senior Licensing Attorney

About the role

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and guidance on trademark licensing matters
• Participate in negotiations and drafting of agreements related to trademark licensing
• Monitor and advise on compliance with trademark laws and regulations
• Assist in the development and implementation of trademark licensing strategies

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience at major international law firm or in-house
• Specific experience in trademark and specifically trademark licensing
• International experience ideal but not mandatory

Qualifications

• Law degree from an accredited institution
• Admitted to practice law in the United States

Skills

• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of trademark law and licensing practices
