The Senior Liability Claims Specialist Floater position is a remote opportunity for an experienced claims professional. Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the claims industry, with strong knowledge of liability claims handling.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
• Active adjuster’s license in the state of operation, with multi-state licensing preferred.
• Experience handling litigated claims, automobile liability, and/or general liability claims.
• Municipality claims experience is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, claimants, and internal teams.
• Excellent analytical, investigative, and problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to quickly learn new processes, adapt to different client requirements, and manage changing priorities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple files independently.
• Proficiency with computer systems and Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.
• Able to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
