Underwriting

• Responsibilities

  Develop and implement legal strategies to support underwriting decisions.

  Provide legal advice on complex insurance products and regulatory issues.

  Review and negotiate insurance policies and agreements.

  Manage litigation and disputes related to underwriting activities.

• Requirements

  JD from an accredited law school.

  Minimum 7 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in insurance or financial services.

  Experience in commercial and/or reinsurance underwriting is preferred.

• Qualifications

  Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  Strong negotiation and communication skills.

  Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
