Senior Legal counsel

Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate and advise on EPC, engineering, procurement, construction, and other complex commercial agreements
• Support projects through development and execution, including change orders, claims, and contract interpretation
• Partner closely with business development, procurement, engineering, and project management teams
• Advisory on contractor-side risk and project delivery matters across high-profile capital projects

Qualifications

• J.D. and active bar membership
• 8+ years of legal experience
• Strong background in EPC, construction, manufacturing, infrastructure, or other project-based environments
• Experience negotiating complex commercial agreements and supporting project execution
• Claims, project management, dispute resolution, and contractor risk management experience is a plus
