The Senior Legal Counsel will provide comprehensive legal support across commercial, operational, and regulatory activities. This role requires strong judgment, business awareness, and the ability to translate complex legal requirements into practical guidance for stakeholders.
Requirements
- Extensive legal experience in commercial law, contract management, and regulatory compliance, with the ability to operate independently while collaborating with global stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills, business understanding, and attention to detail are essential for success.
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active admission to the bar and good standing in at least one relevant jurisdiction.
- 8-10 years of post-qualification legal experience, preferably combining law firm and in-house corporate experience.
- Demonstrated experience with commercial agreements, contract negotiations, and regulatory compliance.
- Understanding of international business law and cross-border commercial transactions.
- Able to manage multiple priorities, complex projects, and competing deadlines effectively.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to advise senior stakeholders.
- Able to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Authorized to work in the United States without requiring additional sponsorship.
