Responsibilities

• Making walk-through tours of properties to ensure they are clean and ready for viewing daily.
• Inspecting vacant units and models to ensure they are market-ready daily.
• Selling available units by showing them to potential residents and accepting deposits.
• Completing resident applications and rental agreements.
• Collecting rents and serving late rent notices.
• Entering computerized accounting information.
• Answering office phones and providing practical assistance.
• Maintaining excellent resident relations and enforcing community rules.

Requirements

• Energetic and enthusiastic with a passion for real estate and customer service.
• Excellent communicator with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Comfortable with sales and negotiation.
• Knowledgeable about the local market (preferred but not required).
• Motivated and eager to contribute to a successful team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in leasing or related field preferred.
• Ability to meet or exceed NOI (Net Operating Income).
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay

Your compensation will be $23.00 - $26.00 hourly, depending on experience.
