Senior Leasing Consultant- ($5,000 Sign-On Bonus)

About the role

The Role is responsible for managing and maintaining the property in accordance with company standards and tenant satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations including maintenance, repairs, and cleaning.
• Respond to tenant requests and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations.
• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate services.
• Perform routine inspections and document findings.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of property management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of property management software.
