About the role
This is an onsite role based out of our Downtown Los Angeles, CA location.
Responsibilities
- Complete monthly financial reporting and assist with audit processes
- Cook up the coordination of onboarding and integration of new properties into the accounting workflow
- Oversee property accounting activities to ensure accuracy and timely reporting
- Prepare cash flow forecasts and ownership reports
- Develop annual budgets and quarterly forecasts in partnership with Ownership, Property Management, Engineering, and Leasing teams
- Manage tenant billing, accounts receivable, CAM reconciliations, and real estate tax estimates
- Support leasing activities, including commission calculations and lease financial analysis
- Maintain lease data, abstracts, commencement notices, and related documentation in Yardi Voyager
- Ensure all accounting deadlines, scheduled check runs, and reporting requirements are met
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience; degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
- Commercial property management accounting experience required
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, CAM reconciliations, and tenant billing
- Proficiency with Yardi Voyager, AvidXChange, Angus, Microsoft Excel, and Word
- Third-party property management experience
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- California Department of Real Estate Salesperson License, or ability to obtain within six months of employment

- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
