About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Learning & Development Partner to support the Global Financial Services Organization (GFSO) and Enterprise Strategy Division (ESD). This role will lead the learning and development strategy for both organizations, partnering closely with business and HR leaders to identify capability needs and build future-ready talent. The Senior Learning & Development Partner will be responsible for the design, development, implementation, and continuous improvement of learning solutions and development programs that strengthen leadership, technical, and professional capabilities across the organization. This role will drive enterprise learning initiatives, manage key stakeholder relationships, leverage learning analytics to measure impact, and ensure development strategies are aligned to business objectives and workforce planning priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the learning and development strategy for GFSO and ESD.
  • Partner with business and HR leaders to identify capability needs and build future-ready talent.
  • Design, develop, implement, and continuously improve learning solutions and development programs.
  • Drive enterprise learning initiatives and manage key stakeholder relationships.
  • Leverage learning analytics to measure impact and align development strategies with business objectives.

Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent experience desired.
  • Knowledge of consulting techniques, roles, and responsibilities in providing technical or business guidance to clients, both internal and external.
  • Knowledge of effective influencing tactics and strategies to impact decisions within and outside the organization.
  • Knowledge of approaches, tools, and techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational, or process problems.
  • Knowledge of relevant instructional design concepts and processes to design instructional content.
  • Knowledge of methods and tools of training delivery to achieve desired training outcomes.
  • Knowledge of tools, techniques, and methods of training needs analyses to identify learning needs.
  • Knowledge of training solution development procedures, tools, and techniques.
  • Knowledge of training tools and technologies for creating and developing training programs.

Additional Information

This position will be located in Irving, TX. This role requires 5 days a week in office. Domestic relocation is available for those who qualify. Sponsorship is not available.

Pay

Summary Pay Range: $112,710.00 - $169,060.00. Compensation and benefits may vary depending on job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance, and experience.
