Senior Learning and Development Coordinator
About the role
The Senior Learning & Development Coordinator supports the Learning and Development team at Cornerstone Research. Key responsibilities include coordinating logistics for various events, managing Talent systems, and providing administrative support.
Responsibilities
- Coordinates and executes logistics for learning programs and events, including new consultant orientation and onboarding programs.
- Schedules sessions and coordinates with participants and faculty.
- Prepares event schedules and agendas.
- Drafts and sends relevant communications regarding programs.
- Captures participant attendance and feedback details.
- Serves as session host, managing room logistics.
- Uploads content to the LMS.
- Supports on-site events with logistical tasks.
- Responds to inquiries and manages participant communications.
- Manages and maintains accurate rosters for training programs.
- Administers performance management and 360 assessment systems.
- Manages vendor invoices and expenses related to learning programs.
- Coordinates distribution of program information.
- Designs and compiles data sets to evaluate training program effectiveness.
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience with a learning management system or performance management system.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proactive contributor with a sense of urgency and attention to detail.
- Strong team player.

- High school diploma or equivalent combination of education, skills, and experience.

Pay
Compensation varies by location, ranging from $59,600 to $84,400 annually. The role is eligible for a discretionary bonus with a target of 5%.
