About the role

The Senior Learning & Development Coordinator supports the Learning and Development team at Cornerstone Research. Key responsibilities include coordinating logistics for various events, managing Talent systems, and providing administrative support.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates and executes logistics for learning programs and events, including new consultant orientation and onboarding programs.
  • Schedules sessions and coordinates with participants and faculty.
  • Prepares event schedules and agendas.
  • Drafts and sends relevant communications regarding programs.
  • Captures participant attendance and feedback details.
  • Serves as session host, managing room logistics.
  • Uploads content to the LMS.
  • Supports on-site events with logistical tasks.
  • Responds to inquiries and manages participant communications.
  • Manages and maintains accurate rosters for training programs.
  • Administers performance management and 360 assessment systems.
  • Manages vendor invoices and expenses related to learning programs.
  • Coordinates distribution of program information.
  • Designs and compiles data sets to evaluate training program effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Experience with a learning management system or performance management system.
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proactive contributor with a sense of urgency and attention to detail.
  • Strong team player.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent combination of education, skills, and experience.

Pay

Compensation varies by location, ranging from $59,600 to $84,400 annually. The role is eligible for a discretionary bonus with a target of 5%.
