About the role

We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Senior Lean Business Office Consultant. In this role, you will establish and optimize a business system office using lean methodologies to support CLEAResult’s mission of delivering efficient and sustainable energy solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process inefficiencies, streamline workflows, and implement continuous improvement initiatives using lean tools such as value stream mapping and Kaizen events. The role ensures operations contribute to CLEAResult’s commitment to sustainability and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement streamlined workflows across various departments.
  • Utilize lean tools and techniques, such as value stream mapping, Kaizen events, and continuous improvement methodologies, to identify and eliminate waste, reduce cycle times, and improve overall productivity.
  • Conduct thorough process assessments, analyzing existing workflows, identifying pain points, and designing and implementing lean solutions to enhance operational performance.
  • Deliver training programs to educate employees on lean principles, ensuring widespread adoption and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Collect and analyze data to measure process performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide actionable insights for ongoing process refinement.
  • Advance lean methodologies, bringing innovative ideas and solutions to enhance the business system office's effectiveness.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, encouraging employee engagement and participation in lean initiatives and process improvement activities.
  • Support and promote CLEAResult's commitment to sustainable energy solutions and environmental stewardship in all aspects of the business system office's operations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in building and implementing lean methodologies and process improvement initiatives within a complex organization.
  • In-depth knowledge and application of lean tools and techniques, such as value stream mapping, root cause analysis, 5S, and visual management.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage project timelines, and deliver results on time and within budget.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to analyze complex processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement effective solutions.
  • Solid understanding of business systems and processes, including finance, operations, human resources, and customer service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
  • Experience in training and facilitating workshops on lean methodologies and process improvement.
  • Passion for CLEAResult's mission of promoting sustainable energy solutions and reducing environmental impact.
  • Continuous learner mindset, staying updated on the latest lean methodologies and industry trends.

Pay

Target salary range: $110,000–$130,000 plus bonus. Compensation range: $110,200–$165,200 USD, determined based on internal equity, market data, skills, and prior relevant experience.
