Senior Lead Software Engineer, Mobile (iOS, Swift, Bazel) (Enterprise Platforms Technology)

Responsibilities

• Develop iOS client code solutions that align with product strategy and adhere to established engineering best practices, design guidelines, and principles.
• Collaborate with Software Engineers, UX/UI designers, Quality Engineers, Product Owners/Analysts to deliver high-quality, engaging, and powerful customer experiences.
• Participate actively in all Agile ceremonies, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of team commitments.
• Advocate for the mobile platform through internal and external developer communities.
• Stay current with mobile development technologies (Swift, Kotlin, 3rd party libraries, etc.) and share knowledge with the team.
• Mentor junior to mid-level members of the team.
• Engage with developers across various disciplines (Android, iOS, APIs, Web, etc.) and lead the delivery of major components and platform needs.
• Identify and address technical challenges, working closely with the team to find creative solutions.
• Review pull requests and ensure adherence to Swift and other language idioms.
• Lead technical development for a mobile development team and grow as an SME level leader.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 6 years of experience in software engineering
• At least 4 years of experience building iOS applications
• At least 3 years of experience with Swift

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s Degree
• 7+ years of experience building iOS applications
• 4+ years of experience with Swift
• 4+ years of experience with open source frameworks (Bazel)
• 2+ years of experience with Agile practices
• 1+ years of people management experience
• Experience leveraging interactive AI tooling to accelerate productivity
