Senior Lead Software Engineer, DevOps

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of diverse technology projects and a team of developers with expertise in machine learning, distributed microservices, and full stack systems
• Create solutions that meet regulatory needs for the company
• Collaborate with digital product managers to deliver robust cloud-based solutions that enhance customer experiences
• Utilize programming languages such as Java, Python, SQL, Ruby, and Go
• Work with container orchestration services including Docker and Kubernetes
• Use CM tools like Ansible and Terraform
• Employ a variety of AWS tools and services

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• At least 6 years of experience in DevOps Engineering
• At least 4 years of experience with Cloud Native technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• At least 6 years of Unix or Linux system administration experience

Preferred Qualifications

• 9+ years of DevOps Engineering experience
• 6+ years of experience with coding and scripting (Python, SQL, Java, JavaScript, Golang, Bash, Perl or Ruby)
• 4+ years of experience in infrastructure design, implementation, and delivery
• 3+ years of experience with monitoring tools (Splunk or Zabbix)
• 3+ years of experience with Container orchestration services including Docker or Kubernetes

Schedule

This role is full-time and eligible for performance-based incentive compensation, including cash bonuses and long-term incentives (LTI).
