What You Will Be Doing

Join our Digital Technology team as a Senior Lead Software Developer and drive innovation across global direct-to-consumer platforms. In this role, you will:

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of complex business applications in Snowflake or Databricks environments, leveraging your expertise in SQL and Python.
• Champion development best practices, participate in Agile sprints, and deliver high-quality solutions that enable organizational change and continuous improvement.
• Be a technical leader, mentor developers, guide architecture decisions, and collaborate with business and technical teams to align solutions with strategic goals.
• Influence technology standards, integrate emerging tools, and ensure operational excellence through robust testing, documentation, and 24/7 application support.

What You Bring

• BS/BA in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (advanced degree preferred)
• 10+ years in systems engineering and software development
• Strong expertise in Python and SQL
• Proven experience with Databricks or Snowflake
• Familiarity with middleware, APIs, and integration frameworks
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
• Solid understanding of data modeling, databases, and analytics solutions
• Performance optimization experience
• Good understanding of ERP and CRM systems
• Strong leadership and team mentoring abilities
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
• Skilled at translating business requirements into technical solutions
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Able to collaborate with stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors
• Deep knowledge of modern application architectures and development methodologies (Waterfall, Agile)
• SQL-based BI analytics background and Python proficiency required

Pay Range

$137,483.00 - $175,017.00
