Senior/Lead ServiceNow Engineer #26-16530
Description
A Senior or Lead Software Engineer with ServiceNow Platform expertise. This person will be leading and contributing to a strategic reset of ServiceNow Platform. We are starting over with a new greenfield instance following ServiceNow best practices and standards for out of the box configuration where possible to reduce technical debt as well as following the Common Service Data Model. Modules that will be re-built and enabled during this effort: ITSM, On-call Module, Platform Analytics, Employee Center, Collaborative Work Management, Integrations, SAM, HAM, Strategic Portfolio Management, Business Continuity, GRC/IRM (Vendor Risk Management), NowAssist for ITSM, Virtual Agent.
Responsibilities
- Leading and contributing to a strategic reset of ServiceNow Platform
- Maintaining and enhancing the ServiceNow platform
- Following best practices and standards around data organization
- Working with a BA and engineer to rework some modules
- Helping with testing and validation
- Deployment and Releases
Qualifications
- Attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Technical expertise on ServiceNow platform
- Nice-to-have: Experience with common service data models
- Nice-to-have: Experience with resetting the ServiceNow platform
