Senior Lead Project Controls Specialist

About the role

The Senior Lead Project Controls Specialist will oversee project controls processes to ensure project success. This includes managing budgets, schedules, and resources to meet project goals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project controls processes including budget management, schedule tracking, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with project management standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate risks.
• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project control systems and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project controls or similar roles.
• Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Project.

Qualifications

• Experience with project control software such as Primavera P6.
• Knowledge of cost estimating and financial analysis techniques.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
