Senior/Lead Painter/Applicator

About the role

Join the Colorful Concepts Painting Team! We're now hiring for a Senior/Lead Painter/Applicator position. We're looking for hardworking, dependable individuals who take pride in quality workmanship and enjoy being part of a supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of skilled work including interior and exterior painting, wall finishing, drywall repairs, spray applications, vinyl wallcovering installation, and light carpentry.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
• Take pride in delivering high-quality results on all assigned tasks.
• Continuously seek opportunities to learn and improve your skills.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in painting and finishing services.
• Strong work ethic and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with spray painting and vinyl wallcovering installation preferred.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and equipment.

Skills

• Proficient in using painting tools and equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.
