About the role

Join the Colorful Concepts Painting Team! We're now hiring for a Senior/Lead Painter/Applicator position. We're looking for hardworking, dependable individuals who take pride in quality workmanship and enjoy being part of a supportive team.

Responsibilities

  • Perform a variety of skilled work including interior and exterior painting, wall finishing, drywall repairs, spray applications, vinyl wallcovering installation, and light carpentry.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure high-quality results.
  • Take pride in your work and maintain a strong work ethic.
  • Be dependable and eager to learn new skills.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in painting or related field.
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Some travel may be required.

  • Proficiency in using painting tools and equipment.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations.
