Senior Lead Infrastructure Engineer

About the role

The Senior Lead Infrastructure Engineer will lead enterprise infrastructure initiatives and serve as a trusted technical advisor to both engineering teams and business leadership.

Responsibilities

• Solve complex technical challenges in enterprise Windows Server, VMware, Azure Infrastructure & Hybrid Cloud environments
• Lead infrastructure modernization and large-scale technical initiatives
• Communicate strategy, priorities, and recommendations to executive stakeholders
• Translate complex infrastructure decisions into clear business value
• Help shape the organization's technology strategy

Requirements

• Enterprise Windows Server, VMware, Azure Infrastructure & Hybrid Cloud experience
• Cisco networking, storage, virtualization & disaster recovery experience
• Active Directory, PowerShell, and infrastructure automation skills
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and partner with senior leadership

Qualifications

• Proven track record of leading large-scale technical initiatives
• Experience in translating complex infrastructure decisions into clear business value
• Executive presence and ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership

Skills

• Technical expertise in Windows Server, VMware, Azure, Cisco, Active Directory, PowerShell, and infrastructure automation
