About the role
This role enables businesses to grow in today's dynamic marketing environment by providing unparalleled advertising solutions. The candidate will serve as a strategic partner to drive unmatched operational efficiency, unify data streams across critical cross-functional teams, and automate procedural tasks.
Responsibilities
- Unify disparate data streams across Premium, Content, Creator, and Creative pillars to deliver centralized business insights, working across Ads and YouTube PM, Regional GTM, Sales Specialists, and YouTube Ads GTM.
- Transform complex business data into actionable strategies that directly galvanize our product and commercialization roadmaps.
- Design standardized operational procedures and leverage AI and advanced tooling to automate procedural tasks and weekly updates, maximizing collective team productivity.
- Collaborate as a strategic partner on critical, executive-facing cross-functional workstreams, translating complex visions into high-impact slides and narratives.
- Partner directly with the pillar lead to navigate complex business needs, scale team efficiencies, and streamline cross-functional communication. Serve as a vital culture carrier by leading initiatives that improve data-sharing, team well-being, and general enthusiasm for our roles in alignment with Google values.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in advertising, marketing technology, management consulting, or product management.
- Master’s degree, MBA, or an equivalent advanced technical/analytical degree (preferred).
- 8 years of experience in business operations, management consulting, business intelligence, or strategic program management (preferred).
- 5 years of experience in a leadership role, driving cross-functional alignment and managing complex stakeholder networks within a global enterprise organization (preferred).
- Experience navigating highly ambiguous strategic goals and translating them into clear, actionable data objectives that directly steer product or commercialization roadmaps (preferred).
- Distinctive analytical skills with a deep understanding of data visualization platforms, infrastructure scaling, and the evolving digital creator economy (preferred).
- Proven capability to lead, influence, and align executive-level stakeholders across multi-geographic teams (preferred).
Pay
$186,000 - $270,000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits
