RemoteRemoteManagementFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes a description about company and role. We need headings:

for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We should include only sections with real content. We have: - About the role: Could be the initial paragraph describing company and role? The posting includes "DLB Associates is a premier engineering..." then "Position Title: Senior Lead Fire Protection & Plumbing Engineer Position Location: Remote - work virtually from anywhere in the United States". Then "Salary DLB recognizes salary ranges..." then "Job Summary". So we can create an "About the role" section containing the company description and maybe the summary. - Responsibilities: The "Essential Functions" sections with percentages: Tactical Leadership..., Organizational Management..., Accountable for Client Relationship..., Technology and Data-Driven Decision Making..., Completion of Assigned Tasks..., Performs Other Related Duties as Assigned. Those are responsibilities. - Requirements: "Position Requirements (Advanced Level For All The Following)" list of items. - Qualifications: maybe Education/Experience and Physical Demands? Could be Qualifications. - Skills: maybe the list of skills under Position Requirements? Actually those are skills/competencies. Could be Skills. - Benefits: Benefits section. - Pay: The salary range given at end: "The Pay Range For This Role Is 148,838 - 193,370 USD per year (Remote (United States))". Also earlier they said salary ranges not reflect etc. We'll include Pay section with that range. - Schedule: Not provided. So we should not include Schedule. We must not repeat job title as heading. Also not include Job ID etc. We must remove boilerplate: EEO, E-Verify, diversity statement, application instructions, notice to third party agencies, etc. Also remove "Are you ready to challenge yourself..." etc. Also remove "Notice To Third Party Agencies". Also remove "DLB Associates is an EEO/Affirmative Action Employer..." etc. We must preserve all substantive information. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's craft sections:

But we might combine the first paragraph and position title/location into About the role. Could also separate but it's okay. Now Responsibilities: Use

We could include Travel under Qualifications or separate but we have no specific heading for Travel; we could include under Qualifications as additional note. But we have only allowed headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We could put Travel under Qualifications. Skills: maybe we already used Position Requirements as Skills? Actually we used Requirements for the list of competencies. Could shift: Requirements = Education/Experience; Skills = the list of competencies; Qualifications = maybe not needed. But we need to follow instruction: Use headings only when posting has real specific content. We have content for each. We need to decide mapping. We have: - About the role: company description, position title/location, job summary. - Responsibilities: essential functions. - Requirements: Education/Experience + Physical Demands + Travel? Could be. - Skills: the list of competencies (strategic planning, operational management, etc.) - Benefits: benefits package. - Pay: salary range. We could omit Qualifications if not needed. But we have "Position Requirements (Advanced Level For All The Following)" which is essentially skills/competencies. So we can map that to Skills. Then Requirements could be Education/Experience, Physical Demands, Travel. Let's do that. Now Benefits: list bullet points. Benefits list: - Choice of comprehensive medical plans (including two PPO-style plans and a HDHP w/ HSA option) - Flex spending accounts (FSA) - Dental and vision plans - Comprehensive medical, dental and vision benefits extended to spouse / domestic partner and dependent children up to age 26 - 401k with company match and self-directed brokerage account option - PTO including additional paid time off during the last week of the year - Company paid life insurance coverage for employees and their eligible dependents - Short and long-term disability, AD&D coverage - Professional development opportunities, tuition reimbursement and professional licensing assistance - Paid parental leave after one year of employment Now Pay: The Pay Range For This Role Is 148,838 - 193,370 USD per year (Remote (United States)) We'll output as

The Pay Range For This Role Is 148,838 - 193,370 USD per year (Remote (United States))

Now ensure we removed boilerplate: EEO, E-Verify, diversity statement, "Are you ready to challenge yourself...", "Notice To Third Party Agencies", "DLB does not accept unsolicited resumes..." etc. Also remove "Salary DLB recognizes salary ranges from job boards do not necessarily reflect our pay ranges. In many instances we out-compete those ranges for well-qualified candidates." That's somewhat about salary but we have actual pay range; we could keep a brief note? The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do
