Senior Lead Applicator

What You Can Expect

Full-time, year-round employment
Monday-Friday schedule with seasonal overtime as needed
Independence in the field while serving customers
Hands-on work with aquatic treatments, fountains, and aeration systems

Job Requirements

• Established performance standards and led a team to consistently achieve high-performance outcomes
• Experience in chemical application and/or pesticides is preferred but not required
• Knowledge of pond care and fish production is a bonus but not required
• Experience in construction, landscaping, or horticulture is a plus but not required.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, outgoing, and pleasant, with a focus on safety and procedures
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must possess a valid Michigan Driver’s License with a clean driving record. Will require the ability to receive a Chauffer’s license and DOT card
• Able to operate a boat and drive a truck and trailer will be required after training

Compensation

• This is a full-time hourly position with benefits.
