Senior Lead Analytics Product Manager

What You'll Do
- Start each day with your team to understand responsibilities, identify any issues, and communicate priorities.
- Lead meetings to organize and drive alignment on your analytics roadmap.
- Own the design and execution of analytics projects.
- Document and prioritize features while conducting quantitative and qualitative business analysis and industry research to ensure solutions drive measurable value.
- Create strong alliances with diverse stakeholders, ensuring alignment and communication throughout the analytics delivery process.
- Collaborate across technical teams, business leaders, and external stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions.
- Define and measure success by defining and tracking KPIs and ROI to evaluate the impact of your analytics products and services.
- Track and report outcomes to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Build and prioritize 6- to 12-month strategic roadmaps for the team, ensuring alignment with leadership priorities and driving the successful delivery of analytics solutions.
- Translate technical project details into business-friendly insights and present them to leadership and non-technical teams to ensure understanding and alignment.
What You'll Need
- A bachelor’s degree OR an equivalent degree.
- 2+ years of experience leading cross-functional Agile product or solution development teams in Product Management or Consulting roles (preferably in data science, business intelligence, and engineering).
- Proficiency in the business applications of analytics, data engineering, and technology, with knowledge of machine learning, statistical testing, and dashboarding.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, including the ability to analyze complex datasets and business problems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Scrum Master or Product Management Certification.
- Expertise analyzing data in Excel and BI tools.
- Proficiency in Python or SQL.
- Experience with Jira and Confluence.
- Analytics and Strategy Consulting experience from MBB/Big 4 or Fortune 500 companies.
- Change management and large-scale transformation experience.
- Risk, Insurance, or HCM industry experience.
- B2B experience.
