The Role
We are seeking a senior level landscape design professional to lead the execution of multiple projects from concept through completion via design leadership, strong communication, and active independent and collaborative engagement.
Responsibilities
- Lead projects in multiple phases of development
- Showcase strong design skills and a passion for creativity
- Organize tasks efficiently and effectively
- Maintain high levels of self-motivation, flexibility, and resourcefulness
- Apply knowledge of planting design, materials, and technical aspects of landscape architecture
- Create construction documents and specifications
- Manage construction administration and coordinate with various consultants including civil, electrical, and structural engineers
- Work collaboratively with internal and external clients
- Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively
Requirements
- At least 8-10 years of landscape architectural design experience through all phases of design and documentation
- A Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture
- Proficiency in software such as Autocad, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Sketch-Up
- Experience with Revit and Rhino is a plus
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for landscape architecture and its impact on the built environment
