The Role

We are seeking a senior level landscape design professional to lead the execution of multiple projects from concept through completion via design leadership, strong communication, and active independent and collaborative engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead projects in multiple phases of development
  • Showcase strong design skills and a passion for creativity
  • Organize tasks efficiently and effectively
  • Maintain high levels of self-motivation, flexibility, and resourcefulness
  • Apply knowledge of planting design, materials, and technical aspects of landscape architecture
  • Create construction documents and specifications
  • Manage construction administration and coordinate with various consultants including civil, electrical, and structural engineers
  • Work collaboratively with internal and external clients
  • Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively

Requirements

  • At least 8-10 years of landscape architectural design experience through all phases of design and documentation
  • A Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture
  • Proficiency in software such as Autocad, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Sketch-Up
  • Experience with Revit and Rhino is a plus

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Passion for landscape architecture and its impact on the built environment
