What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Professional Landscape Architect License (PLA/RLA).Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture.8+ years of progressive landscape architecture experience.Experience leading projects involving parks, commercial developments, mixed-use projects, or master-planned communities.Strong understanding of site planning, permitting, entitlement, and land development processes.Proven success managing project budgets, schedules, and multidisciplinary teams.Demonstrated experience mentoring and developing design professionals.Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.Portfolio demonstrating design excellence and project leadership across multiple phases. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Civil 3D and Revit.Background in land development and site layout.Experience supporting proposals, client interviews, and business development efforts.Knowledge of sustainable design principles and best practices.Passion for mentorship and helping others grow professionally. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
