Senior Landman

Responsibilities

• Analyze, interpret, and prepare contracts and leases.
• Examine and cure drilling and division order title opinion requirements.
• Supervise lease brokers, manage prospect expenditures, and calculate working and net revenue interests.
• Negotiate and prepare joint operating agreements, participation agreements, farmin/farmout agreements, purchase and sale agreements, pooling agreements, and associated support agreements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Landman with responsibilities as described.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and obtain results in a performance-driven, team-oriented environment.

Pay

Minimum $155,000.00 / Maximum $255,000.00
