Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Upon hire: Washington Medical Assistant Phlebotomist Certification or
- Upon hire: Washington Medical Assistant Certification
- If the candidate completed the Providence Swedish NPS Phlebotomy Training Program, they must obtain the Medical Assistant Phlebotomist (MA-P) certification within 3 months of hire

Pay
The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
$24.36 - $42.02 per hour
