About the role

The role is responsible for managing the company's social media platforms, including creating engaging content, monitoring customer interactions, and analyzing performance metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Create and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Develop and publish high-quality content across various social media channels.
  • Engage with followers through comments, messages, and live sessions.
  • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback in a timely manner.
  • Analyze social media data to identify trends and optimize campaigns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in social media management or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Proficiency in social media management platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Experience with SEO and content optimization.
  • Knowledge of graphic design and video editing software.
