About the role
The Senior Key Account Manager will lead sales for TBC (Channel) products portfolios, focusing on both new and existing accounts. This role involves building relationships with senior personnel, providing strategic solutions, and maintaining accurate sales reporting.
Responsibilities
- Establish relationships with ownership/senior personnel to develop offers and solutions meeting customer needs.
- Support customers with mid to long-term solutions to evolving needs.
- Plan and organize daily work schedules to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
- Obtain orders and establish new accounts by analyzing existing and potential dealer volumes.
- Submit activity and results reports, such as call reports and territory analysis via Salesforce.
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to drive customer solutions and satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed sales budgets, contributing to the Group's profitability through prudent account management.
- Manage financial performance of respective account portfolio, including unit/financial forecasts, product mix, and delivery channel mix.
- Maintain competitive awareness by gathering and evaluating market information.
- Recommend changes in products, services, and policies based on evaluations and competitive developments.
- Sell all TBC offerings across multiple delivery platforms and SCaaS solutions.
- Utilize CRM platform to manage customer, sales, marketing, and customer service interactions.
- Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, and making recommendations to management.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and participating in professional societies.
- Achieve related results by accomplishing tasks as needed.
- Mentor and support other Key Account Managers within the Channel sales team.
- Collaborate with supplier partners to uncover customer-level opportunities.
Qualifications
- Preferred ten (10) years B2B industry experience with a wide product portfolio knowledge.
- Previous experience managing senior level strategic accounts.
- Ability to build formal and informal customer support networks within TBC.
- Previous TBC product portfolio management experience.
- Proficiency in computer programs including Microsoft Office, Salesforce, etc.
- Valid driver’s license and MOTUS/CARDATA compliant vehicle.
- Professional appearance and communication skills.
- BS or equivalent degree preferred.
- Bilingual in Spanish/English is a plus.
