Senior Java Fuse / ESB Developer

About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and enhancing large applications using Java, JEE, and Java 8. They will also work closely with stakeholders to define and implement new technical direction and resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Strong track record in ESB system planning, design, and integration using JBoss Fuse, Java/J2EE, and Spring/Hibernate
• Very strong in ESB SOA orchestration, prioritization, queue management, and API development using Java, JEE, and Java 8
• Solid Object-Oriented design programming
• Advanced experience in working with stakeholders to design, implement, and enhance large applications using JAVA
• Solid Java Enterprise Edition (JEE) experience
• Proficiency in SOAP
• Experience working with customers to build and formulate business requirements
• Knowledge of Spring (Dependency Injection / IOC / SOLID / Spring Boot)
• Experience with REST web services frameworks with focus on API development (API gateways, microservices, pub/sub, event driven solutions)
• Knowledge of Cloud Technology
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server
• Working knowledge of the Unix/Linux operating system
• Extensive experience in SOA, EJBs, WebLogic, WebSphere, JBoss, Fuse
• Adequate Agile experience (SAFe, Agile Scrum, Kanban, XP or similar methodologies)
