Senior Java Full Stack Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sr. Engineer 2 to join our team in Tempe, Arizona. The ideal candidate will bring expertise and a collaborative spirit to contribute to our innovative projects. This role requires a hybrid work schedule, with on-site presence three days a week (Tuesday through Thursday). Candidates with H1B status are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement engineering solutions.
• Participate in on-site interviews and assessments as part of the hiring process.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
• Work effectively in a hybrid work environment, with on-site presence three days a week.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and innovative solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in engineering roles with a strong technical background.
• Ability to work on-site in Tempe, Arizona, three days a week (Tuesday through Thursday).
• Open to candidates with H1B status.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Pay

$58 - $60/hr. The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
