Senior Java Developer w/ Angular

Job Summary We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Java Developer with strong Angular expertise to design and develop high-performance, scalable full-stack applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Java, Spring Boot, Angular, REST APIs, and microservices architecture, along with a strong understanding of modern DevOps and cloud-native development practices. This role will contribute to next-generation software solutions, working across both backend systems and modern user interfaces while providing technical leadership and mentorship to development teams. Core Technologies Java | Angular 9+ | Spring Boot | Kafka | REST API | Microservices Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain applications using Angular, Java, REST APIs, and Spring Boot, following Twelve-Factor App methodology.Build innovative user interfaces, UI components, and GUIs using Angular, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern presentation-tier technologies.Architect and develop scalable microservices using Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful design principles.Design and develop web components compliant with Section 508 accessibility standards.Develop and maintain SOAP-based web services using technologies such as JAX-WS, Apache Axis, and WSDL when required.Implement and promote CI/CD and DevOps best practices using Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.Develop comprehensive unit tests using JUnit, Mockito, and PowerMock.Collaborate with Business Analysts, QA Engineers, Project Managers, and other cross-functional teams.Participate in Agile development processes and contribute to continuous improvement of development practices.Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to junior and mid-level developers.Contribute to application architecture, technical design, development, testing, deployment, and performance optimization. Required Qualifications 10+ years of professional experience in Java development and enterprise application development.Extensive design and programming experience with Java and JEE technologies.Strong hands-on experience with Angular, preferably Angular 9 or later.Strong experience with Spring Boot and RESTful API development.Experience designing and developing microservices-based applications.Strong knowledge of modern web development technologies, including JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.Experience developing enterprise-scale, high-performance applications.Strong understanding of Agile software development methodologies and tools.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Ability to provide technical guidance and mentorship to other developers.
