Senior Java Developer
Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality applications that support critical business processes.
- Identify and propose strategies around technical problems affecting business, communicate standards, and get consensus on solutions.
- Collaborate with purpose. Work closely within your development team, architecture, and business partners to determine how to make our software even better.
- Lead the implementation of complex solutions and continuously refine them based on stakeholder feedback.
- Participate in application architecture, design reviews, and technical decision-making for our modernization initiatives.
- Solve interesting and complex problems to create a positive customer experience.
- Drive continuous improvement in both engineering practices and system capabilities.
- Align technical solutions with broader business and modernization objectives.
Qualifications
- College Degree in the field of computer science, information science, management information systems (Preferred).
- Minimum 8 years' IT development experience or equivalent (Preferred).
- Effective verbal and written communications skills and the ability to communicate with business partners and other IT staff (Required).
- Problem solving skills sufficient to perform research and recommend a proposed solution to problems (Required).
- Able to work on multiple tasks and meet established deadlines (Required).
- Able to effectively direct and coordinate the work of other team members on a project without having HR management responsibility for them (Preferred).
- Knowledge of computer programming languages as required for the system (Required).

Pay
Salary Range Information: USD $84,721.00 - USD $176,501.00 /Yr. Range includes data points from multiple labor markets. Specific range is dependent on the labor market where the incumbent will be hired to perform the position. Starting salary is dependent on candidate qualifications and experience. For a narrower salary range specific to your labor market, please inquire.
