Senior IT Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Provide both deskside and remote technical support to end users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, including account provisioning and equipment setup.
• Configure, deploy, and support laptops and end-user devices.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely updates to support tickets.
• Collaborate with IT teams to support ongoing projects and process improvements.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior support engineers.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while communicating technical information clearly and professionally.

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience supporting enterprise IT environments.
• Hands-on experience with: Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Intune, Active Directory.
• Experience configuring and deploying laptops and end-user devices.
• Ability to read, understand, troubleshoot, and make modifications to PowerShell and/or Python scripts (development experience is not required).
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals and troubleshooting techniques.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a user-focused approach.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, Active Directory, Powershell or Python.
