Senior IT Project Manager

About the role

IDR is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead and coordinate year-end technology initiatives across internal Mayo stakeholders and external consulting partners, ensuring successful execution of key activities, dependencies, and deliverables in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate year-end technology initiatives across internal Mayo stakeholders and external consulting partners.
• Manage project planning, facilitate meetings, and oversee action items to ensure project milestones are met.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
• Track project progress, report status to stakeholders, and ensure deliverables align with goals.
• Operate independently with a focus on driving accountability within complex technical environments.

Requirements

• Extensive IT project management experience, comfortable operating independently while driving accountability across technical and business teams.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in Oracle and UKG environments strongly preferred.
• Solid understanding of system integrations and enterprise applications.
• Healthcare industry experience is a plus.
• Experience with Smartsheet preferred.
