About the role

The IT Project Manager is responsible for managing the full project lifecycle, from project initiation and planning through execution, deployment, and closure. This role is accountable for delivering projects within approved scope, budget, schedule, and quality objectives while ensuring alignment with business and technology goals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Drive project milestones and ensure timely delivery of project objectives.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, business stakeholders, and technical resources.
  • Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
  • Lead status meetings and provide regular project updates to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, financial forecasts, status reports, and presentations.
  • Ensure effective communication across all levels of the organization.
  • Monitor project performance and take corrective actions when necessary.
  • Facilitate decision-making and resolve project-related challenges.
  • Support IT initiatives and strategic technology programs across the organization.

Requirements

  • Strong project management and leadership skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Experience with project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience leading IT projects involving software implementations, infrastructure upgrades, system migrations, or enterprise applications.

Pay

The base salary range for this position is $92,250 - $115,000 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
